Background
This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) sets out how Lisa Ashton, sole proprietor of EquiSci, and its associated bodies corporate and franchisees worldwide, and all their brands, including but not limited to equitationscience.co.uk (collectively referred to in this document as “equitationscience.co.uk”, “we” “our” or “us”) protects the privacy of your personal information.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) we will be either the “data processor” or “data controller” for any personal information you provide to us in connection with our relationship. The precise role we will be assuming is dependent on the context of our relationship with you and the purpose of the processing being undertaken.
For the provision of services related to Equitation Science by equitationscience.co.uk, we will be the data controller and this Notice shall apply. For the purpose of all our marketing activities we will be the data controller and this Notice shall apply.
